*Role: *
Responsible for sales and marketing of the community under direction of Executive Director or Director of Sales and Marketing
*Responsibilities: *
* Responsible for sales and marketing of the community under direction of ED or DSM.
* Focus may be on either internal sales (leads and prospects) or external marketing (referral source contacts).
* Participates in organizing and implementing the networking and community outreach program.
* Develops a rapport and positive relationship with prospective residents. Assists in the development and implementation of sales marketing plans.
* Works in an office as well as throughout the community and its premises.
* Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
*Requirements: *
* A High School Diploma, an Associate, or Bachelors Degree in Marketing is desired.
* Previous sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare or service-related setting.
* Computer literate.
* Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adults and the needs of the caregiver
